Program Freezes

I have a digital camera photo download program on a WinXP Home system
that freezes at the same point in the execution every time. The
program starts and the photos in the camera are displayed and then the
program freezes. The same program on an identical computer and WinXp
Home works perfectly. Are there any tools that I could use to diagnose
this problem?

Note the time of the problem then take a look in the System and application
Event logs using Event Viewer. See if there are any errors reported around
the time you noted.
