Program for copying from virtual cd

Alcohol 120% has prepared a virtual CD disc from a corrupt CD which is fully
readable.
But when I burn the image to CD I get the same data as in corrupt CD.
How do I copy from virtual CD to actual CD, so that I get the full readable
matter in my CD.
Is there any program available?

Can you copy the individual files from the virtual CD? If so, just
burn those - make a new image with the files.
