Program Folder?

Whwn I start my Computer , the Programs folder opens...I
deleted the Dialers in the Program Files Folder. Can
someone please help me??
 
Click Start, Run, type in msconfig , OK. Click on the Startup tab and examine the entries there. You may be able to identify the program that is trying to start but no longer present. Remove the checkmark from it and test by rebooting. You may have to repeat this until you find the right item, be sure to put the check back in the items that didn't work (unless you decide you don't need that item).

In general, deleting programs manually is a bad idea, you should use the programs uninstall program to clean up entries like this.
