Can I copy the program files folder and move it to my D
drive and then delete it in C to free up space? I tried
deleting in C but it would not let me. Is there a way?

You have two options:
- Re-install the applications on drive D:, or
- Resize your partitions with a tool such as Acronis PartitionExpert.

NO!!!

You could probably free up some space by moving your pagefile though.

Programs are ~installed~. This is not just a process of placing a group of
files together. Depending on the complexity of the program, there could be
hundreds of references to the original installation path of the application
in the registry, ini files, whatever. n% applications will fail if you just
move the files to a new location, where n is approaching 100 as a limit.
