Program Error

My computer will not let me installa piece of software
that it says is already installed. When going into the
Remove programs list, I find said program, which has a
greatly reduced size. I try to remove the program and it
gives the error message of:

"Unhandled Exception"
Error Number: 0x80040705
Description: String accessed out of bounds

Setup will now terminate.

I am seriously hoping that someone will be able to respond
to this and give a solution quickly.

You're probably going to have to go to the registry and delete any traces of
the program. You might try searching their website for information.
