Program Error

Everytime that I try to open the program to play my dvds or the program to
add-unistall programs a thing pop ups and says that it has caused an error
and the sight will close , and therefore i cannot do anything and i have no
access to the internet on my laptop so I just have no clue. If anyone can
help please do .
 
It sounds like its trying to download the CODECS for it

You will need to reinstall the application & then install the codecs.
