Program Error with winmgmt.exe

Hi!!
I have just recently put 2000 on my machine and as soon as
login occurs I get a program error with the winmgmt.exe
and it keeps popping up every couple of minutes. I can
still work on the machine I just have to keep closing this
dialogue box. Any ideas how to correct this??

Anyone who needs to know the answer just delete the files
in the Repository of the WBEM folder and reboot and this
problem will be fixed.
