Program deletion

I have been trying to delete a Verizon program connct pad
and a Belkin wireless program and hit remove at the
control panel "Change or Remove" it tells me I am missing
a file. Appreciate any help. Tanks Tom Roeder
 
Normal advice is to re-install the offending program then
remove the program with the un-installer.
