I posted a message re autologon earlier but i don't think that will help me.
Is there any way that i can make some programs run on startup even if there
is no user logged in ?

From the wording of your other post, I'm not quite sure what you are wanting
to do.

QUOTE from your other post..
I have a machine with several user accounts.
My requirement is to login the administration on startup and then
automatically switch user.
I have the requirement for a program to automatically run on startup in the
background even with nobody logged in.
I have tried tweakUI for autologin but it leaves the admin account active.
Have read all the posts on this subject but still have NOT FOUND A
SATISFACTORY Solution.

What program/s are you asking about? The reason I ask is that some
programs offer the option to 'run at startup'.

When you logon as an administrator, then switch users, the admin account is
still active, unless you manually log that account off..so are you saying
that you want to logon as admin, start the program then logoff all users?
And from there, are you asking for an application that will allow those
programs to continue to run while all users are logged off?

Ivee,
Thanks for your prompt response.
Basically i want an application to run as soon as the computer is turned on
and remainin running whilst the computer is powered up, even if there are no
users logged on.
The program does not offer run at startup.
