Program associations/wrong program launched

The past couple of days I have had a problem where I click
on a file or file folder and instead of opening, my ISP
program is launched. I've check the file type association
and the default is set to open or find, so somewhere else
there is some association that is set wrong. This just
started happening, but I have not installed any new
software. For a while, the program launched was SEARCH,
but I went in and overrode that to explore in the file
association, but now that override has disappeared and the
ISP is launching again.

Any suggestions?
