Program appears at login after upgrade

We just upgraded a few Dell 260/270 computers from Windows 2000 Pro to
Windows XP Pro. After the upgrade, a program that came loaded on the 2000
machine (Roxio) is appearing right after anyone logs in. I looked in the
startup file under all users and my profile in Doc & settings and Roxio does
not appear in this folder. How can I find out why this program (Roxio) is
appearing at login

Get Autoruns for SysInternals. It will give a list of all programs that
run at startup and their locations.
