How do I give certain users access to certain programs on my system? Should be simple to do, but I don't know how! :(

You can copy the shortcuts of the programs from C:\Documents and
Settings\Your user name\Start Menu\Programs
to C:\Documents and settings\Their user name\Start Menu\Programs.
