What edition of Office?
When you say PROFILE do you KNOW that you mean profile
or maybe you mean permissions - if you don't know what the
correct term is, don't mislead us with TechnoBabble!!
Is there a PERSON who is ADMINISTRATOR, OR do you
mean the Administrator account on the Computer?
From which ACCOUNT was Office installed?
EXACTLY what error message do you receive from Word???
