Is there any way to change profiles from roaming to local
from the DC server level? If so how please

Hello,

Is this an AD domain? If so you can create a site/domain or OU group policy
and enable the "Only allow local user profiles" policy under Computer
configuration - Admin templates - system - logon. I haven't tried this out
but I can see a few issues that you may need to consider. If the user logs
on to a different PC than the one they normally log on to the users settings
will have to be configured e.t.c.[stating the obvious]

This can probably be done through a VBScript. Most AD
manipulation can be done via programming calls.
