I am getting the following error message when I try to copy a profile.
"Failed to set security on the destination profile. Error - Access is
denied"
I have users that are in our NT domain. I am moving them out of the NT
domain and using active directory.
I copied the user's profile to the local machine's user profile. I have the
user log back in so the new profile is created. I then log out and log in
as an administrator and try to copy the local machine user profile. When I
do this I get the error I listed above. I tried this before I did this on
the user machines and it worked fine for me. However, when I do it on the
user machines it doesn't let me. When I navigate the user profile and try
to open files it says access denied. It acts as if I am not an
administrator of the machine.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
