Profiles Not Copying Back

When some of our clients log off after eg deleting an icon off their
desktops. When they log back on the icon reappears.

Any ideas?? - Permissions are correct on home folder. All Win2K SP4 on NT4
Server SP6a

It is probably setup under the Desktop folder of all users
or Default User. Remove it from there and you should be
Okay.
