Profiles disappear after reboot

Strange, but true. 2 PC's I have whenever they reboot,
profile is gone. It recreates itself upon startup. I
have to do re-setup email and everything. This happened
on the same morning to both PC's. Last Friday morning,
both had same symptons, yet neither have a virus.
Strange, any help or suggestions? I'm going to rescan,
and possibly apply service pack again. Corrupt registry
on both? I'm lost.... Thanks!
 
A far off shot, but do you (or your administrator) have
Mandatory Profiles enabled?
 
No, just local. I'm not too sure what you mean by
mandatory. I just found it odd that 2 out of approx. 50
workstations had this problem the same morning and each
time they reboot. I'm looking further into this but can't
seem to find any info...Thanks!
