Profile keeps corruptting on the field

One of staffs uses the Dell Latitude D630 with Windows XP PRO SP3 on the
field. Her profile keeps corrupting every 3-4 weeks, after that she would log
in as TEMP profile, with nothing setup. And has to bring back to office to
get reset the profile.

Any idea why it's doing that? How to prevent it from happening again?

Run Chkdsk on the Windows volume to make sure no disk inconsistencies
are at fault. Also add the Microsoft Service Add-on "User Profile Hive
Cleanup". Won't prevent corruption, but does assist with unloading profiles
at Shutdown/Restart.
I'd also closely check the System & Application event logs to see if there
are other issues being logged.
The User Profile Hive Cleanup service download:

Thanks for the reply. I have looked into the event log files very carefully
and didn't find anything useful. I will load the user profile hive cleanup.

But why it keeps happening?

Why is always difficult to work out. Since it's a Latitude I would guess
it didn't ship with all the Fluff & Stuff that Dell puts on consumer PCs.
Sometimes you just have to re-install the whole notebook and see if the
issues return.

Sorry I can't give more precise info.

I can't find all the posts, but the corrupted profile issue is normally
a fault of Antivirus software not being properly configured - at least
if we're talking a domain profile.
