Profile Issue- HELP PLEASE

Hi

I am trying to delete a users profile but certain files say access denied
the file may be full or protected in use. The use is not logged in for sure
and I need to get this sorted out ASAP

The files aren't even that important there is a shortcut to Outlook
express.lnk and a WordPerfect file as well

Any help would be appreciated
