profile conflict

whenever i go to capure video i recieve the
following "capuring profiles cannot be found" can anyone
please explain how this is when i know that the panasonic
nv-gs5 seems to be recognized and the firewire card also
seems to be working correctly.

any assistance would be grately appreciate

Try installing the full pack of version 9 codecs. See the Setup... Software
page for a link.
