Production Template...

Looking for a template for collecting production data for six machines.
Recording for each machine the DATE; START TIME; HOURS RUN; # OF ITEMS MADE;
HOURS CLEANING (non-production); HOURS MAINTENANCE etc.
It would probably be a one-line per date table and from the dat collected
reports will be created showing production and the efficiency of each
machine.
Any pre-made templates, pointers, web pages or tutorials would be great.

hi,
are we talking about access or excel. access doesn't use
templates. (this is an access newsgroup)
the table are the template. create your table with the
fields you listed. you might want a field for the machine
number. create a form to enter the data.
