Product registration

I installed Microsoft Outlook 2002 on my computer a few
weeks ago. I subsequently purchased a new computer and
installed Outlook on the new computer. A registration
notice came up and when I went to register it it said I
registered it on a different computer and will not allow
me to register it and within a fix number of times I use
it it will come in operative. I need Outlook on my new
computer what do I do.

FYI, if Office XP came preinstalled on a new computer, it does not include the license to run a second copy on a portable.
