Product registration after format c - big problem

Hello,

I have a big problem and I hope you'll help me. I use Windows XP Prof,
so just after installation I registerd my copy. And yesterday I had to
format c:, and now I have a big problem - I can't register my windows
again. I only get a message, that product with the same key has been
registered, and I can't do that again. Can I register my win by phone,
or there is other method to solve my problem?

Register or activate?
Registration is NOT required for XP to function, activation is.
When you get the prompt, click by phone and it should give you a phone
number to call and a LONG number to give them.

Of course, I was thinking about activation. I have no idea why I've
written registration.
