product of fields in query

i've got a problen in how to entre a criteria in the query of a product of
two fields from different tables.
 
Are you talking about a mathmatical product of two fields or Products, such
as widgets, that are in two different fields?

Are the tables linked or joined in some manner such as by primary and
foriegn key fields?

Could you show us some SQL that you are using now?
