I have recently had to reinstall my operating system and
it has wiped my hard drive clean i have reinstalled
microsoft word 2002 i no longer have a copy of my product
key and would like to request on from your company. Yor
assistance in this matter would be very much
appreciated. I have contacted Dell about my predicament
and they are unable to supply me with a new number or the
one that I used to have. I was told that only your
company would be able to retrieve that information
because i initially registered the product with you.
