I spent all day downloading the Microsoft Office Trial onto my computer and
successfully used the product key provided. Now I am trying to activate
Micro. Off. Word, but it says that the Product Key is not valid. I am very
frustrated and confused, because I'm a student who desperately wants to try
this out, so could you please help me. Thank you.
 
Hi Kelly,

No one on this newsgroup can help you; the high majority of people who
answer questions are volunteers who don't work for Microsoft. My suggestion
is to try calling a toll-free number for assistance if you can find one in
your area for Microsoft.

Please note also that microsoft.public.access is intended for Q&A related to
Microsoft Access, the database software.
