I've already installed win XP and wanted to re-install it, but am afraid that
i will only have 30 days before trying to activate it again, wondering if the
product key will work again because its already been registered

Your product keyis valid for use on one computer: should you require to
reinstall Windows on the same configuration of hardware then there are no
problems using it many times.

You MAY need to speak with a Microsoft support person in order to obtain a
verification, but that isn't anything to be concerned about. It's just part
of their protection of the company's Intellectual Property.
