Can someone explain to me why my product key isn't working? It used to work, however since my computer was repaired I can't seem to enter the product key that appears on the back of my CD case.
Once the product Key has been entered there is no need to do it again ...unless
you are reinstalling.
Under what circumstances are you trying to enter the product key??
Is it possible that the repair person used a different product key??
