How do I go about modifying my product key on a working version of W2K based
on Microsofts directive.

Tell me what is the purpose of modifying the Product Key in the registry? I suppose you could do that but I really don't understand the purpose. Windows 2000 is not protected in the way versions after Windows ME are.

I have a similar issue. Purchased w2k pro and office 2003 using eOpen. Have
several workstations with lost software. Need to change product key. Thanks.

No need to be concerned as long as you have the licenses.
