product key issues

i have typed in my prodyct key # like 40 times and it
keeps telling me that my # is invalid. all i want to do
is open powerpoint and word so i can do my homework can
anyone help me???

Kelly;
the Product Key for Word and Power Point is different than the key for
Windows.
The key you need is not affixed to the computer, it is on the case the
CDs were shipped.

Otherwise post back with the source of the Product Key and exactly
what message you get and when.

Do NOT post the Product Key.
