I need help with obtaining the 25 digit key code I've
lost the cd-r and I can not access the program
microsoft window it kepts asking for key code. Can you
help.

Otherwise if Windows XP is retail, contact Microsoft:

If Windows XP is OEM, contact the seller, Microsoft can not help.

This will only work if she is using Outlook Express. She is using the web
view for the newsgroups which has a horrendous search function.
