So that means new graphics, possibly new ram, and check the PSU exceeds

Or an A8V Deluxe would allow reuse of an AGP video card. The newer
motherboards draw processor current from +12V, rather than from +5V
like a lot of Asus S462 boards, so you might need a different power
supply as well.
