Processor at 100% always after sp1 in vista 64 bits

After installing SP1 in my Vista ultimate 64 bits, the processor is always at
100%, even with no programs running, at the system is very slow, the memory
is at 64%. I have a Atlhon 64 3500+ with 2 gb of ram.

system restore to before sp1. if all is ok install sp1 again following
