process wont stop

theres a process in my task manager called updatmg.exe
when ever it starts runing it makes my cpu ussage go to
100% ive deleted the registry keys but it still starts up
when my computer starts up, ive tried stoping the process
with resource kit support tools for windows nt, the
process stops but itll start right away after i stop it

hope someone can help
