Process that controls Internet Connection Sharing

Which is the process that controls Internet Connection Sharing and how
do I give it maximum priority regardless of what's hogging the
processor resources?

Internet Connection Sharing is a service

Click START
Click RUN
Type services.msc' (without quotes) & press OK

Scroll down the list to see if its running. If not, double-click it & choose
startup type automatic & also start the service. By default it should be
stopped & set to manual startup

Hi I am having a problem with Internet Connection popping on and off but I
am actually on a wireless network so it really doesn't matter. But when I
tried finding "internet connection service" under services.msc, it isn't
there. I also have a problem since I can't view the status. It only flashes
for a second then disappears. Any suggestions?
