"process execution" and "script blocking" won't go acitive

Process execution as well as script blocking in the
application agent part of "real-time protection"
remains 'in-active'. I can't enable them.
Help please
 
This is a known issue if you attempt to disable those agents. You may want
to uninstall and reinstall as a workaround.
