Hi. I think I have a couple of problems going on.

First of all, I too am missing the iecont.dll & iecontlc.dll files from IE.

Also, I have frequent stalls in programs and IE shuts down unexpectedly -
BUT the really wierd thing is that my desktop picture has changed and i can't
change it back. When I go into control panel, display, and desktop, it won't
let me change the settings. it's like something has taken it over. The
picture that is being displayed now, is an old picture that was on the hard
drive, and occasionally when I am booting up the system I can see my REAL
picture is still in the background behind the displayed picture. It's like a
picture behind a picture.

How do I fix these things?
