I can no longer access links in my email (Outlook
Express) nor can I access Yahoo Chat. I have downloaded
Jave VM, I ahve checked all settings and made sure they
are correct. Nothing works.

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run
2. Type the following commands in the Run dialog box, and click OK (or hit
ENTER) after each command (noting the space between the 2 and the next
letter):
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 browseui.dll
regsvr32 msjava.dll
