Problems with XP -- Please HELP

Hi,
Ive been having problems with XP Pro
My virus scanner is All up to date,
but my firewall wasnt turned on, Now it is.
i had the msblast.exe virus, ive got rid of the virus
but its stuffed up my XP.
When ever i do a virus scan or update virus scanner or
just do nothing at all and leave the computer running
the computer does a mini dump.

And the following message is displayed:
This error report includes information regarding the
condition of Microsoft Windows when the problem occurred,
the operating system version and computer hardware in
use, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of our
computer.
I:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini010204-02.dmp

Thats what i get all the time and the computer restarts.
I dont know what to do or how to fix it, Ive re installed
XP 3 times now but the problem sometimes occurs half way
of the installation or sometimes after installation but
its always there. I dont know how to fix it,
Ive tried a virus scan but it does a mini dump as soon as
i turn my virus scanner on, has to be disabled or i get
heaps of memory dumps.
No matter where the virus scanner is its no use,
Its alwyas been up to date with everything.

Please help me.

Download the STINGER program from
http://download.nai.com/products/mcafee-avert/stinger.exe
and clean ALL the viruses, it should remove the virus and
fix that part of your problem.

Then try "sfc /scannow" to fix damaged system files. If
that doesn't help, do a repair
install

I:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini010204-02.dmp is the path to and the
name of the file that has your answers, browse to that file
and open it, it should open in Notepad, Read the report to
see what caused the crash.
