Problems with XP minimizing windows

Hi. Suddenly I have problems when I minimize an open
program. It does not go to the taskbar, but just
disappears. Using XP-Pro.

I have to use ALT-TAB to maximize it again. A real pain
if you have several programs going at once.

Any clue why this has changed, and how to fix it?
