Problems with WinMgmt.exe

I'm having trouble with a message that continues to pop
up. I would very much like to fix, so if anyone has any
idea what to do, please let me know. The message
is "WinMgmt.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error
log is being created." I hope to hear from someone soon.
