Problems with Windows XP - Printing Problems

I keep getting the message that the Epson Status Monitor
3, could not find specified file??? I don't understand
how to get rid of this message or deal with the
problem?? Also I am not abe to access the watermark file
in the printing process?? I am not real computer savy,
so please be very detailed. Thank You!!
