Problems with Windows Update!

WHERE IN THE WORLD do I report problems with Windows
Update and or IE? I think I'm having a problem with a bug
and need to report it. I have been keeping up to date
with all the latest patches.

I cannot do the following since updating: (both problems
in IE)

1. View Source - I NEEEEED this option because I do work
with the View Source.

2. When in my email web client, I can no longer right
click and download an attachment to my hard drive. The
attachment looks like it tries to download, then the
error screen comes up and gives me that message where it
sends an error report to MS, and it locks and closes my
browser (sometimes ALL of them!) This is affecting how I
work. I should be able to right click and download my
stuff like always.

If anyone knows what's up with these, how I can correct
these issues, or where I can report them, would you
please let me know? Thank you so much.
