We have a second office with 2 user with windows mobile 2003 and a computer
with windows 2000. All the users are connected to main office using vpn. The
problem is the computer with win2000 after some hours is dissconect, but we
connect again. but we can't connect the computer to main office over vpn, the
mobile computer are connect. some ideas?

I check the event viewer but it didn't have any error.

When the message said "Checking user name and password", and the next step
is redial.

Thanks you.

I saw this post before. It seems to me we have two issue here. 1. win2000 after some hours is disconnect. Do you have any policy or setting to disable the connection?

2. can you ping the main office after re-connecting?
