Can anybody help me? I am desperate, please.

Open My Computer, right-click the C: drive, click Properties, General
tab, "Disk Cleanup" button, and select the Temp Files folder to empty.
Or you can do a search for Temp, and when the folder is found (checking
the path so you're sure it's the right folder), open the folder with a
double-click, press Ctrl/A to select all, press the Delete key to send
all files to the Recycle Bin.

If cleanup doesn't do it, you can always direct nero to another folder or
partition. At the bottom of making a dvd page in nero click on the more
button. Then on the configure button. Click the folders tab and set your
directories to where you wish.
