Problems with startup

Most of the time my computer (which is only 1 month old)
starts up quickly, without a problem. However once in a
while when I try to start a blue and orange screen comes
up that says "Intel Inside." Then nothing else happens.
When this happens I have to reboot the system, sometimes
several times, before Windsows will start up. Could
someone please tell my why this happens?

I don't know if the two are related, but sometimes I have
another boot-up problem: at times the computer gets stuck
on a black screen that says at the top, "Boot failure,
system halted." Windows will not start.

Both of these problems are easy to deal with because I
just restart the computer and usually it is fine, but I'm
concerned that there is a problem somewhere that I should
be fixing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

You have a serious hardware fault. As the system is only 1 month old, take
advantage of the warranty service.
