Problems with Reports from Quieries

I am having difficulty getting a report from a query. I develop the query
first and then make a report from it. But, the report skips pages (1) and
secondly does not a line like I wish it to (2). How do I fix these problems?

You check all your margins to determine why pages might be skipped. There
are lots of reasons and you have provided just enough details to keep us
from making usefull recommendations without writing a book.

Your second question doesn't make much sense.
