problems with publishing wizard

I can not publish my pics to the web using the wizard. It keeps telling me
that it is encountering problems with verification
any ideas?
 
Have you checked with your web host to ensure that they support publishing
using whatever method you're using and that you're using the correct
credentials (userid and password) to log in?
