Problems with properties in Windows Explorer

Hi,

I am having the next problem. When I am in windows explorer and I want to
see the properties of a disk then there is no problem. But when I want to
see the properties of a folder on this disk Explorer will not show this.
When I want to see the properties of a file in this folder on this disk it
is again no problem. I used the right mousebutton an then choose properties.
I also selected the folder and then pushed ALT + ENTER. These two dit not
work on the folder but does work on the disk and the file.

Does anybody has a hint or tip
