Problems with Power Point - FOLLOW-UP

I had followed the instructions received, but still I have the
problem.

I cannot open the attachment that came with an Email.


I downloaded twice the free trial program from Microsoft Power Point
2003 with Ppviewer.

The message I am getting is as follows:

"The file does not have a program associated with it for performing
this action. Create an association in the Folder Options Control
Panel".

Please advise.

When you download the Viewer, you must then double click on the file and allow
it to be installed. You may need to then open pptview.exe and then open the
presentation.
